Safety & Acceptable Use

Every kit is designed to be operated from the ground. You should not need to climb to use them.

If a job genuinely requires height, use a stable, correctly-rated ladder on firm level ground, with a second person present to foot the ladder. Never overreach. Never use a ladder against a full or wet gutter.

Keep all poles and tools well clear of overhead power lines at all times.

The Moss & Algae Removal Kit (R-04) and the Deep Clean Master Bundle (R-08) contain a household roof treatment for external surfaces. Read the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.

Always wear the supplied goggles, chemical-resistant gloves and apron. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, pets and garden plants. Use only in good ventilation and keep children and animals away during and after application until surfaces are dry.

Do not mix the treatment with other chemicals. Store sealed, upright, away from food and out of reach of children. A Safety Data Sheet is available on request — email support@roofingservicesqt.com for a copy before use.

In case of contact: eyes — rinse with clean water for several minutes and seek medical advice; skin — wash with soap and water; if swallowed — do not induce vomiting, rinse the mouth and seek medical advice immediately, taking the product label or SDS with you.

In case of a spill: ventilate the area, wear the supplied PPE, contain and absorb the liquid, and dispose of it responsibly. Do not wash chemical product into drains, gardens or waterways.

Do not apply before rain. Apply only as directed on the label and avoid run-off into drains or waterways.

Chemical products are sold for adult use only (18+). By ordering, you confirm you are buying for lawful household use and that the product may be lawfully imported and used where you live.

Availability is restricted: we do not ship chemical products to regions where they cannot be sold or shipped compliantly. We do not endorse industrial or agricultural use.

Switch off and isolate solar panels at the inverter before cleaning, and follow your installer's instructions.

Clean on an overcast day or when panels are cool to avoid thermal shock to the glass. Never walk on a panel or skylight surface. Use only the pH-neutral solution and soft brush supplied — abrasives and harsh chemicals can damage coatings.

Inspect tools before each use; do not use damaged poles or heads. Rinse and dry tools after use and store them dry.

Use each kit only for its intended purpose. Misuse, or use contrary to this guidance, is at your own risk and may void warranty.
