Shipping & Delivery
How we pack, ship and deliver your kit, what it costs, and the rules that apply to international and chemical orders.

Dispatch times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email at checkout and a separate dispatch email with tracking once your kit ships.
We do not ship on New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates & carriers
Delivery is handled by tracked international couriers. Typical transit times after dispatch: New Zealand & Australia 3–7 business days; rest of the world 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Customs processing in your country can add time outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and is shown clearly before you pay. All prices, including shipping, are in US dollars (USD).

Import duties & taxes
Prices are in USD and are tax-exclusive by default. Any taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.

Chemical product shipping (important)
The Moss & Algae Removal Kit (R-04) and the Deep Clean Master Bundle (R-08, which contains it) include a chemical roof treatment. Chemical products are classified and shipped under applicable dangerous-goods rules and cannot be shipped to every country.
Where we cannot ship a chemical product compliantly to your destination, that item will be unavailable at checkout for your region. The non-chemical kits remain available worldwide.

Delivery address & tracking
Every order ships with an online tracking number, included in your dispatch email. International orders are sent with delivery confirmation.
For your protection and ours, orders are shipped only to the delivery address entered at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel to a different or third-party address once an order has been placed.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@roofingservicesqt.com and we will help resolve it.
